When getting into the float pod, you will enter a 94 degree solution that will match your body temperature, a button to turn off the lights to be in complete darkness, and soundproofing to limit any external distractions. What to expect

Come in comfortable clothing. Expect to shower fully. It is highly recommended to float nude, however, you may wear a bathing suit. If clothing is preferred you will go home with approximately  18 lbs of salt on your clothing. Once you initially shower, you will sit in the steam room for approx 20 minutes or preferred comfort time. Following you will step into the float pod to submerge in 1000lbs of Epsom salt. 

It is contraindicated to currently be on your menses, have dyed your hair a week prior and/or  open wounds. 

Allow yourself to be relaxed and free of any chores or plans after your float therapy. You will experience a level of relaxation that allows you to have the best sleep of your life. Driving is permissible after your float.
